不少买家会犹豫不决,需要别人给他们做决定。我们可以这样说:
> Let me just make a PI for this order.
> Let me write down the specification of your goods now.
只要客户选择了,就说明他们已经在谈论下单后的事情了。我们可以这样说:
> What package do you prefer, plastic bag or paper box?
> When is the best time to deliver the goods, Monday or Wednesday?
节假日是很好的催单理由,趁此机会,也在放假之前赶一波单子。我们可以这样说:
> Dear XXX,
> XXX holiday is from Oct. 01th to Oct.10th
> Please note the holiday time.
> We suggest you place orders in advance, so that we could arrange goods in advance.
此外,还可以说:
1. 节假日前生产期已经排的很满了,你越早下单,我们才能够越早排单
2. 节假日有促销活动,降价打折,让客户感觉到现在下订单划算
提醒客户应该履行自己的义务,问他什么时候会下单,也不要把客户逼的太急了:
> What time will you place your order? Last time when we met and discussed, you said you would place an order when you got back. Do you remember?
跟进的频率一般在谈论了订单细节后3天内跟进一次,如果没有回复,一周跟进一次即可。超过一个月的,那么就会从催单变成跟进,等待客户下一次有下单意向,再重新催单。
我们还可以告诉客户报价的有效期已到,或者通知价格调整,给客户发送新产品和最新成交订单生产照片,邀请客户来参加展会。
针对一年多没有回复的客户,可以给一个最后通牒:
> If you can provide more suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Then I can confirm whether you like our products or not. If you do not like, I will not bother you.
外贸不是一天两天就能做好的,需要长期的耐心和努力。
