Step3: 正式回复询盘,
我们需要用80%的精力去对待20%的重要客户,通过多层次多维度分析,我们判断上面这封询盘的发出者为重要客户之一,针对客户的详细询盘我们需要全面深入的阐述公司,产品,品牌和服务等。在中国品牌默默无闻的年代,如何让客户从众多同质化的供应商中选中你,这其中靠的不仅是高品质的产品,服务,更重要的是公司的文化魅力,员工的职业人文综合素养等。运气只能忽略不计了
